Exercise provides us lots of benefits. Many people go to the gym for to build muscles. Walk on pavement for cardiovascular health. By doing exercises we lead healthy and happy life. Exercise boost brain functions and mental health. By doing exercise we get unexpected benefits. Better sleep, strong bones, and immune system are the result of regular exercise routine.

Working out 30 minutes per day 5 times in a week can boost our mood. It releases endorphins so we feel good. Exercise acts as antidepressants in depressive people. Improve oxygenation and blood flow to the brain.

Due to this release norepinephrine hormone that fights against stress. When you feel under stress take a walk and reduce the stress. Reduce blood pressure, slow down heart rate and relax blood vessels.
